In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. RETURNS
Online Purchases: We strive to ensure that our products arrive in excellent condition. Please follow our return policy to address any issues with your order:
1. Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your order, please open the parcel immediately to inspect for any damage items.
2. Return Eligibility: Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging or items damaged upon arrival are eligible for return. Damaged items must be returned for an exchange/refund.
3. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us within 3 days of the order delivery date. We will assist you in processing your return and issuing a refund if applicable.
4. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking charge on each order unless the fault or error is ours.
5. Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the fault or error is ours and authorization was given.

In Store Purchases: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any purchases at this time. We do not accept returns, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We always strive to make it right and take pride in our customer service.
